At Bont, we want to ensure your gear fits perfectly and meets your performance needs. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in new, unused condition with original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Bont account or visit our returns portal to enter your order number and email address to start the process.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused items back in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is securely protected for transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
